Name: Cedric
Sex: Male
Breed: Dalmatian
Siblings: Rebecca
Info: Cedric is the fanmade brother of Rebecca, a one-shot character from the 101 Dalmatians series episode DeVillage-Elder. Since the village DevilVille itself exists in a time warp, and is placed under a curse, Cedric of course falls under the spell along with the rest of his village. Before the curse set in and made him mindlessly happy along with everyone else, including Rebecca, Cedric was a happy-go-lucky, mostly carefree puppy with a lax outlook on life. He's very light-hearted and never takes things too seriously. In fact, he is so light-hearted that sometimes he gets on Rebecca's nerves. He is easygoing and responds to change as well as one can, being rather adventurous and adaptive. He seems to possess a certain degree of good fortune in that he rarely suffers negative consequence, despite constantly causing the Judge grief in foiling his schemes. He was training to be a carriage hound with his sister when Hester Hen's curse hit the town and so, for the next several hundred years, is content to do just that and nothing else.
When Rebecca leaves Devilville Cedric follows her to the farm, and is subsequently broken from the curse by Spot the chicken. When he's finally "woken up" and understands he's in a different time, Cedric sets about learning this new world and getting used to everything. Given his adaptive nature, he's not having too much difficulty.
